Who to contact if I need help?
We have a live chat option available for you to speak to agents right away in the bottom right corner of the window. You can also e-mail our support team at support@mjcannabisdispensary.com

How will my order be packaged?
We ship out all orders discretely so there is no indication of what is inside.
Our products are packaged in smell-proof bags for extra security and privacy and vacuum sealed.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription to sign up?
To become a member of the Mj Cannabis Society, you do not need a doctor’s prescription! We require age verification, usually with a driver’s license to ensure you are at least 19 years old and a resident of USA.
How to Sign Up with Mj Cannabis Dispensary
Signing up is easy, just follow these 3 simple steps!
- Register for our website by clicking HERE
- You must provide a Government ID proving you are 19 years old or older to register
- Your account will be approved immediately with AgeVerify.
- Once approved, you will then be ready to order anything on the website!
What happens if I don't get my package
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Mj Cannabis will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge.
We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Bitcoins & Wire Transfers ( with Western Union, Money Gram & Walmart)
When will my order ship?
All orders received by 12pm PST will ship the next business day. If your order is received after 12pm PST, your order will ship the following business day.
Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday.
My tracking number does not work. Help!
We will email your tracking number before its been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website.
Please wait till the end of day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email info@mjcannabisdispensary.com and we will look into it.
How should I select my medical cannabis?
This is where our Mj Cannabis Dispensary team can help you. Our medical cannabis experts listen to your needs and address them on a patient by patient basis. We are extremely knowledgeable and help guide you through this process every step of the way. Since this process is vastly different for each patient, typically a patient will start by deciding whether they are looking for a Sativa, Indica, or Hybrid strain. The effects produced by each strain of medical cannabis will differ depending upon the cannabinoid and terpene profiles. This is something that the professionals at Mj Cannabis are happy to assist you with.
How do I place an Order?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to placing your order online with Mj Cannabis Dispensary
1. Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to https://mjcannabisdispensary.com/shop/
2. Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”.
3. When you have all your products in your shopping cart, are on the shop page and are ready to Checkout, click on the View Cart button and you will be redirected to the Checkout page.
4. In the Checkout page, you will need to create an account.
5. Now that you’re logged in, you will need to confirm your shipping information (name, address, email, contact number, order notes).
6. Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, then click “Place Order”.
7. On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number.
8. Your order will be processed and will ship within 2 business days.  We’ll email your t tracking number as soon as available.
